Product Return Conditions
We offer a return policy that allows you to return the product within 3 days of receiving it. Please note that the following conditions must be met for the product return request to be processed successfully:
- There must be a manufacturing defect or a product malfunction.
- The product can only be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- The product must not have been used and must be securely sealed as received.

Who Bears the Return Costs?
If you receive a product different from what you ordered or if there is a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping and return costs.
How Will I Receive the Refund?
If payment was made by credit card, the amount paid will be refunded to the card used for the transaction.
Please note that it may take a maximum of 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account from the date of our refund.
If payment was made through a bank transfer to our accounts, we will contact you to provide us with the banking information for the transfer.
